经与 F1 车队代表协商，并经 DebiK 多方考量，将对世界一级方程式系列赛赛事体系作出如下调整：
第67赛季 - 轮胎磨损将会加剧，因此允许进行 4 次进站。, 同时为各支车队在每站大奖赛分配5 套软胎、4 套中性胎以及 3 套硬胎。 - F1 赛车的 “调校复杂度” 参数将会提升，以此让调出完美调校的难度变大。 第68赛季 - 下一个完整引擎周期（S68‑S75），二次发行份额将提升至 70%。该措施的效果将在第 74 赛季进行评估，同时可考虑在该引擎周期下半阶段对排名末尾 3‑5 支队伍作出临时调整。 - 软性摆烂薪资上限将下调至 5000 万，而硬性摆烂薪资上限将下调至6000 万。 - 赛季最后一日，超出软工资帽的队伍将对其预算征收35% 的税，超出硬工资帽的队伍则征收 70% 的税。 例如，如果某支车队预算为 6500 万，那么针对前 1000 万（5000 万至 6000 万区间）需缴纳 350 万税款，针对接下来的 500 万（6000 万至 6500 万区间）再缴纳 350 万税款。最终税款合计 700 万，该车队的可用预算就会从 6500 万降至 5800 万。 将启用全新的 C1‑C6 轮胎配方体系，其中 C1 硬度最高，C6 硬度最低。每站比赛会通过随机分配系统随机选取三套连续的轮胎配方。为避免过快耗尽所有组合，每 2‑3 个赛季执行一次随机分配。
