Yes, it looks like the increased tyre wear was a failure, because the change was not big enough and with the additional tyres, it did not make setting up the car harder as intended. But that is something that can be changed very easily. DebiK can adjust the tyre wear and tyre allocation in a matter of minutes.

That is also clearly not true. I could name you a lot more than 10 managers who understand what needs to be done and how to do it.

Can you name me a few examples? The only reason why a good manager would suddenly become bad is their inactivity. However, without special skills it was way too easy to max-out a driver, so there were more competitive drivers indeed. However, I think it's better that people have a chance to make a difference and not be limited by the system. I actually think driver development is still too easy. And yet you decided to post this as a press release rather than a forum post, where team shareholders could actually discuss these proposals and work towards a common position.
