Kuskin uralle osuu hyviä ja huonoja hetkiä. Suomalaiskuski Valtteri Sinisalolle niitä hyviä hetkiä osui viime kaudella useita ja hän ajaakin tällä hetkellä mielestään uransa nautinnollisinta kilpaa. "Kausisarjassa ei tullut mestaruutta, mutta luokitus nousi mukavasti, rahaa riittää, epävirallisessa SM-sarjassa napattiin mestaruus ja tällä kaudella kaudella pääsen ajamaan Formula 1-autoa Porschen (entinen Mercedes) riveissä. Mitä muuta voi pyytää?" Myös manageri FinnishGuy on asioiden kanssa samoilla linjoilla. "Viime kaudella saavutettiin kaksi tärkeää merkkipaalua. Ensinnäkin Valtterin luokitus oli hetken aikaa yli 4,000,000. Ei olisi uskottu että näin pitkälle päästään. Lisäksi kauden aikana tietenkin allekirjoitettiin sopimus ja avattiin tie Formula 1-maailmaan. Nyt on kolme merkittävää merkkipaalua siis saavutettu: 1. Jonkin kausisarjan mestaruus (F2 Asia kaudella 18) 2. F1-sopimus (allekirjoitus kaudella 20, ajamaan kaudella 21) 3. 4,000,000 luokituspisteen saavuttaminen (kausi 20) Nyt loppu-uran ajan voi nautiskella ajamisesta ja olla tyytyväinen saavutuksiin. "Odotan jo innolla että tämä kausi lähtee kunnolla käyntiin", kommentoi Sinisalo. "F1 tulee olemaan aivan uudenlainen haaste." |
