To start, the tier of drivers who are already in Formula 1:
Andrej Vidmar, Luka Zakrajšek, Mitja Prevodnik, and Artis Kalniņš are the standard of the academy as they have already made it, both Zakrajšek and Vidmar having won a driver's title already with Prevodnik also in the running to win it this year at McLaren along with teammate Vidmar.

The next best prospects in the game:
Aleš Zupančič and Žan Ožbolt are well ahead of schedule when it comes to their training and coule be forces when they are built for Formula 1 within the next 5-6 seasons, Zupančič even being only 26 still with the success he's already found by winning the U25 in Nations Cup twice.

The exciting youngsters:
The only U21 drivers in the academy so far are Jaka Prevodnik, Derek Jacob, and Oskar Krajnc but all are on schedule according to the skills target set at each stage of driver's careers.
