La seconda metà della stagione è un buon momento per analizzare lo sviluppo del proprio pilota. Un progetto a lungo termine in cui si cerca sempre di fare le scelte migliori, sfruttare al meglio le sessioni di allenamento e scegliere il campionato più adatto per i propri pupilli. Con il "Pegaso Driver Development Program" cerchiamo di fornirvi uno strumento che possa aiutarvi in questo. Uno strumento che vi permette di confrontare lo sviluppo del vostro pilota con quello dei vostri migliori amici: i piloti, gli azionisti e i tifosi del vostro team di F1 preferito. Magari state per ottenere un posto alla Escudería Pegaso?  Osservando l'Hot Seat Score che collega tutti gli altri parametri, noterete che il PDDP è più di un semplice numero e può prevedere con una certa accuratezza chi il nostro team manager Nicorz, l'uomo più impegnato di MRC, sceglierà per guidare la scuderia Pegaso. I numeri 3 e 4 sono i nostri piloti attuali e i numeri 1 e 2 sono i prossimi. Con Jan Bonmatí e John Cannon sembriamo avere una buona coppia di piloti, mentre un po' più in basso vediamo molto potenziale. Ad esempio, questo gruppo di età compresa tra 23 e 24 anni: Juan Barnard, David Montero e Nacer Gonza. Tre promettenti piloti spagnoli che stanno già ottenendo buoni risultati in serie di alto livello. Utilizziamo diversi parametri per calcolare il nostro punteggio "hot seat". Il primo punteggio è abbastanza ovvio, conta il 50% del totale e calcola quanto il tuo pilota è sulla buona strada per diventare un pilota con skill elevate (5x100). Il secondo calcola il potenziale del tuo pilota, ovvero quanto velocemente impara e acquisisce competenze. Partendo dal suo diciottesimo compleanno, calcoliamo esattamente quanti anni ha e quanto ne massimizza lo sviluppo. Lo facciamo gradualmente, consapevoli che all'inizio e alla fine di una carriera lo sviluppo è solitamente più lento. Questo significa che il quadro generale può essere leggermente distorto in giovane età, quando un manager decide di non allenare prima le competenze personali, ma altre competenze su cui inizialmente si fanno maggiori progressi. Lo stesso vale per le competenze totali, il punteggio sopra. In seguito, prendiamo in considerazione il rating del tuo pilota. Questo non solo fornisce un quadro completo dello sviluppo complessivo e delle scelte fatte, ma è anche importante per gli sponsor dei team di F1. Valutiamo anche la serie stagionale scelta dal tuo pilota. Potrebbe essere allettante puntare alla vittoria in una serie di livello inferiore. Ma a volte è meglio osare si più, anche se si lotta solo per il quinto posto. Per lo sviluppo del tuo pilota, è importante che tu possa continuare ad aumentare il tuo rating al meglio delle tue capacità. Infine, ma non meno importante, integriamo un altro parametro nella statistica: la lealtà. Lo facciamo con il tuo risultato nelle serie private Pegaso Open, se ottenuto, e con il numero totale di punti voto che hai già donato a Pegaso. La lealtà è molto importante in Pegaso: un pilota leggermente inferiore avrà sempre la priorità su un pilota migliore che non ha nulla a che fare con il team. Tutto conta in MRC. Alla fine si tratta di abilità, quindi di allenamento, quindi di denaro, quindi di sponsor, quindi di valutazione, quindi di buoni risultati in serie importanti, quindi di abilità. In bocca al lupo per lo sviluppo dei tuoi piloti. Speriamo che questo programma possa dare un piccolo contributo o confermare che tu e il tuo pilota stiate andando bene!
