Qaulifications and Race speeds post driver Track knowledge

19.01.2021 - Most players know my driver was forced to rookie series a few season back.. Almost all know Tex won that series hands down.. But what some do not know Tex finished every race but did not win every pole or race in that series.

Now from skill wise the different was huge so how did they manage to even be within a second of his laps times in a F3 car. It is driver track knowledge.. I did not buy or use simulator that made the driver who did with tremendous less skill.. none of the had 100 pace or Race line..

So how does that relate to what is happening in Qualfications in F1 now.. Well driver track knowledge increase speed and reduces mistakes. Thta not even a question it is a Fact everyone knows who race before and after it was implimented.

So how does that connect to supposed problem in F1. First drivers try to reduce laps in F1 to save tires for the race. If you never done that i wish you luck trying to stay within 30 seconds of the leaders. But secondly One missed session in practice has a noticeable effect on your drivers speed in race.. Yes noticeable loss in qualifications.. And noticeable increase in mistakes. That is very thing some are professing what is wrong with qualifications. How soon they have forgot how hard it was to get a clean lap before track simulator.. Then how much slower they was before it as well.

So In Truth Debik DEid listen to managers Long ago about F1 quals.. He put in mistake reduction then and one other time as well.. Now here we are again talking the same thing. Is That How Real F1 works.. Hell No..

It is time to shut up about qual results and live with it like everyone else does. Becuase we all race under the same rules and program.

Lets focus on changes that makes the Game more fun and keeps everyone having fun including the Old farts.

Did Increasing Nation Cup races length more fun? My answer is yes.. Would it do the same for F1. Based on nations cup now vs then it could Only make it more fun and challenging.. The Longer the Race length increases the chance if you turn up risk to high you will pay for it.. This helps all and hurts all equally.

This suggestion only effects F1 races.. other are for the whole game in MRC again to fix just couple outspoken managers who keep this crying alive!

BTW Mercedes Voted Yes to Increased race length.. And now and forever vote NO to variable tire wear and changes to F1 quals. If it ain't broke do not fix it. It not broke it just not to Porsches advantage unless we change it!
