Foyt will hang up his helmet at end of this season

Foyt Goal was always F1. He made sacrifices to get their racing against way more skilled drivers most of his career. It was said once he was a test driver for this became mostly true By facing the best competition in series a wee bit over his head. He achieved his goal reaching the F1. At the time he was made USA had very little history in F1. But as to the why at the peak of his career the most recent coin toss doomed his final remaining seasons to just F1 cars not ready for the season they would be in. Rather then just padding his stats for hall of fame possibility he decided retirement was best. Giving the F1 field one less driver so others could get their chance. To give other USRA drivers a chance to compete at highest level in Nations Cup. Foyt thanks all his friends in the community for their faith and encouragement over his career. It has been fun and a wild ride. he would also like to Thank Audi for making his dream come true in F1. Maybe my next Driver can continue the series Living the F1 dream. I had a lot fun writing that. So good luck in future to everyone have Fun. I look forward to TEX Cobbs return to Mrc! :)
