Yes, it looks like the increased tyre wear was a failure, because the change was not big enough and with the additional tyres, it did not make setting up the car harder as intended. That is also clearly not true. I could name you a lot more than 10 managers who understand what needs to be done and how to do it.

Can you name me a few examples? The only reason why a good manager would suddenly become bad is their inactivity. However, without special skills it was way too easy to max-out a driver, so there were more competitive drivers indeed. And yet you decided to post this as a press release rather than a forum post, where team shareholders could actually discuss these proposals and work towards a common position.
