An Indiana/USA based Formula 3 race team looking to fill variety of positions.
Must have valid passport .
Travel to Historic and Exotic locations world-wide . For just a few examples , See the smog of Shanghai , visit the world-famous casino of MonteCarlo, be part of the excitement of LeMans or the speeds of Talladega . Also a rare chance to meet , greet and entertain some of the worlds famous and richest people by participating as a member of our crew. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to just stand around in your white sponsored overalls and just look pretty. Believe me , plenty . On-the-job training will be provided as needed to become more useful . All those diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Behavior please note immediately as most of us are here in the team. (We love the facts you pay extreme attention to details . Just like we do ). We also use a ex-Soviet high-school aptitude tests to determine your best attributes ( the results are extremely accurate ) to place you into the job you are most suited for within this organization.
These positions are available to all , doesnt matter if you are an ex-footballer (You could carry the whole stack of tyres) or a single-parent (Your organizational skills are also valuable) No matter your present or past . We will teach you the required skills to be part of the team whether its pulling on wrenches , working as a pit-crew member or spying on other race teams or car manufacturers to get the latest in technology or racing innovations.
Requirements are : must have a valid passport , must pass a background check , must have no objections to random substance-abuse testing , must apply in person .
Evaluations every 5 weeks which include pay raises .(Yes every 5 weeks you are eligible for a pay raise) The first 5 weeks will be a probationary time to see if you can fit in and learn.
