First of all from now all team ownership transfers can be made manually, you need to write PM to me. Write me how many shares you want to transfer or sell to which user and what is the price. The fee for such a transfer is 10% of the price, the minimum is at least 5 coins. So if you want to give shares to somebody for free, you have topay the fee.

The other important thing I want to talk about is the situation with the team names. I am personally little upset that not many teams used the real F1 team names. The game would be probably more interesting if we have such teams. But of course it is your choice. It is still possible to change the team name for free and you can do such a change before first season starts. First to ask for team name is the one who have right for it, not like the initial names after auction.

Remember that soon after you finish the HQ you can start working on commercial department tasks. In this case it means that you can start building the team image and later you will search for sponsors. Build team image is a long term marketing task and improves the position to get best sponsors while the task to search sponsors gives you the quality sponsor offers now. Spending more time on building image helps you getting the better sponsors now and in the future and spending more time on direct searching sponsors gives you better offers now but does not affect offers in the future. So your team strategy should keep in mind both tasks. Your commercial department can wotk on just one task at the same time.

I published the description of team employees in the manual. You can use 10 employees from the team owners which emans they are paid by the owners not by the team, and all other employees myst be hired and payed directly by the team. It is planned that also employees of the team drivers will be available.
