V8 Drivers are acting as if they are nudists.

19.07.2016 - In current V8 Racing news in Australia, we would like to welcome you to the nudist colony that is the sport of V8 SuperCars.

Why nudists you say? Look at the cars. They are all white and have no paint schemes or livery on them. 6 of the 29 cars have paint on them. The rest are all not covered or naked if you will accept the play on words. 5 have free livery on the side, so no worries there.

I have to ask if V8 SuperCars have no sponsors, is the league going bankrupt? Did we join a defunct and underfunded series? I think not. Some of you may state that your driver is better than mine regardless of sponsors and or paint or lack there of. I concede this is true, but my car looks pretty regardless of how fast it goes and who drives it. I do say that is 1/2 the fun of any car person around the world. Looks and performance are what car people love. One without the other is simply unrefined.

In the end, I hope not to offend any of my fellow drivers and V8 series mates. I just hope to see some livery updates, and would like to see the pride and colors fly high and fast on all of our cars.
