Before last 2 races

Indy Series
Last 2 races left, but new Champion is crowned. De Saint-Germain Jr, has won the Championship in huge lead winning 6 of 14 races thus far. Taking 125 point lead, which is enough, also his efforts might take this season in record books. He is on pace to set a new record for the highest point count by a driver in championship. Novikov, Vergne and Grosjean still are seperated by 7 points. Those three fight it out for 2nd and 3rd places on championship. Libor has had breakout season and has raised his value up to a new level. He is fighting for 5th place on the standings. His best season ending has been in 18th place thus far, but he already has surpassed that.

F2 World
Poucette still showing some nerve and fights against Grandi fair and honest. Before the last stage Grandi cannot be touched by Poucette, who cannot be touched by others. Although, they have settled for 1st and 2nd places, the competition who gets the most wins this season is on, as they now both of them sits at 8 victories. Pires has 19 point advantage over Piks, who has to hope for Pires misfortunes to catch him up and possibly taking away 3rd position.

Indy Junior USA
In the last 2 races champion will be known, but not yet, because Kubica’s lead has dwindled to 36 points and one more non-finish and Ide and Adler will catch him. Kaderabek is slightly behind, but solid races and the fight for at least 3rd is on. Penna has pretty much fought his way to 5th place.

Indy Junior International
Last 2 races left, but Dan can be crowned a new champion, however the lead is just 73 points, but it hard to imagine that both of the last races Dan retires and Zanardi wins, which has to happen in order for Zanardi to sway away championship from Dan. Vanderpuije has gotten ahead of Kaderabek and hold 6 point lead. Varderpuije is serious about finishing at least in 3rd place. 59 points to 2nd might be too much of a task.

F2 Africa
This weekend Bum finally did not win a race which he finished, both of them, so he is not that unbeatable by others. After winning last 2 races Janeks has rised above Szabo by 9 points. Last 2 races at Bulawayo will decide who is going to take 2nd in the standings. Ferrara has dropped back from 3rd place, now he has to defend current 4th place from fellow countryman De Biasio, as his advantage is just 13 points, not that far away is Nemecek.

F2 Asia
With last 2 races left, we can already congratulate De Peppis. He is the new champion as his competition cannot reach him anymore. 55 point lead is enough. Terkin’s last 2 races doomed his chance to get championship, falling back by 27 points comparing to De Peppis. This also was a chance for Strega to strike at Terkin’s current 2nd place, but he did not gather any points in 1 of the 2 races. He has to overcome 18 points in remaining stages. Zemeckas after winning one race, retired in second, though not his fault this time. Di Caro will try to defend his 5th place from Androsov, who has to get out of trouble is second races.

F2 Europe
As the champion is already known more interesting action is between Apicella and Rochowski Jr., who both are trying to secure 2nd place in championship. Kuks shown very good last 2 races and has catched Kauss who has just 1 point lead and sits 4th right now. 4 straight non-points races has detrimental and is almost out of chance to finish 2nd on standings. Ilves has dropped back and proabably will secure 6th place on the standings.

F2 Oceania
2 races to go and Lakka has covered a 25 point, which makes him the huge favourite to win a championship. Just has to finish once ahead of Fabi and in the points. Whakatau Pootiki has had impressive drives lately, but it comes too late. 50 points behind Lakka, there is still a chance, but very slight. Kauria and Di Rado drops back from WP, but they can make it up by finishing strong last two races.

F2 North America
Acarini cruised to a one more win as his lead has now increased to 116 points. Laine is doing his best to scare Essertal to forfeit the 2nd place. Essertal’s 46 point advantage has shrunk to 15 before last 2 races. Pirro continues to impress finishing 3rd in last 2 races and securing 4th spot. Adrews is another who has impressed others, comfortably sitting at 5th place.

F2 South America
Championship has taken it’s misterious moments. Last race was a huge chance for Tok to reduce gap to zero points after Cannas crashed early in the race, but Tok crashed himself by commiting a mistake. Cannas lead sits at 25 points. After Morese’s miserable results last 4 races, Raikkonen was 50 points behind, but now has 2 point advantage over Morese. If his misfortunes continues he is not getting 3rd place back. Thorny now comfortably sits 5th in the championship, just 2 races ago Freiverts challenged 5th, but 2 non-finishes has halted the challenges, and now he has to cover for 6th spot as Fernandez has closed in.
